Just a bit more than one year, since Dr. Karabchevsky discussed the opportunity to link up UK an Israeli academy with British Ambassador to Israel Matthew Gould at Southampton University, Optoelectronics Research Centre meeting room, November 2014, the UK delegation is here in Israel!
